I was doing some tests with the Hikvision doorbell DS-KV6113-WPE(C) running firmware V2.2.77 build 240515.
Goal is to use the video doorbell without indoor station but instead use an iPad that is installed on the wall in ourn house + 2 iPhones, all using Hik-Connect mobile app.
My setup:
Issue:
I want the doorbell to call multiple mobile devices at the same time when someone is ringing at the door.
Besides my iPhone there are two additional devices that should receive calls too, being my wife's iPhone and an iPad connected to the same LAN
Desired result:
When someone is ringing the door, the 3 devices should ring simultaneously and the call can be answered on any of the 3 devices. As soon as the call is answered on one device, the other two devices should stop ringing.
Important: on the other devices, I logged in with the same Hik-Connect account I’m using on my mobile phone. So, I’m logged in with the same Hik-Connect account on the 3 devices.
Actual result: When someone is ringing the door, mostly only my phone receives the call and the other devices don’t. If I'm lucky, they sometimes ring at the same time, but that isn’t always the case. What often happens too is that after a call was answered on my phone, 2 minutes later one of the other devices receives that previous call while there’s nobody at the door anymore.
Is what I’m trying to achieve possible with doorbell DS-KV6113-WPE(C)?

- Not using an indoor intercom station
