Verification code for wifi hik vision camera?

Hi guys, there's a way to crack the verification code of the wifi camera of hik vision?
I can't view it on my other device like a laptop, but on my main device, there's no problem at all.
I need to input a verification code to view it on other devices.

but sadly, the verification code at the back of the camera was completely destroyed.

by the way, my wifi camera is in other places far from my home.

You create for yourself and enter the encryption code that you wish to use:

The 'key' that you need to enter is actually the "Verification Code" that you set when you enable and set up Platform Access for Hik-Connect.

yeah but unfortunately, the one who installed it forgot the verification code.
