Video intercom Dseries

Hi,I have a problem with this intercom,its networked with other indoor units,the device was working well before going offline,when I plug in to a network switch,the device works for some time then goes offline,when I try unplugging from the switch then plugs it in the device comes online again for a short time then goes offline, please help what can be the course??
