Video recording degrades when there is motion?

I have three Hikvision cameras connected to a Hikvision NVR.

I have one camera with shows a good image but when there is motion, the quality degrades massively.

The others are fine, everything was ok on Blue Iris, but since I switched to an NVR I have this problem?

I can only assume it's some config issue, but I can't tell what it is.

Thanks

You have not given any information about the model of NVR/cameras but this sounds like it could be the video quality settings for the "Main Stream (Event)" are set low and the "Main Stream (Continuous)" are set correctly.

Go to your actual NVR native interface (not the camera web interface and not NVR web interface) and check the recording parameters (resolution, frame rate, bitrate etc). You should be able to see settings for the two streams mentioned above for each camera. Check the continuous/event streams are set to what you want.
