viewing ip cameras from the office laptop

Hi.

How do i view my ip cameras via the office laptop ? Im a sparky and installed and set up the cameras myself which was all new for me. I have them available on the Freeip app for andriod and iphone but want to view them on the office laptop.

When i first set up i was using the nvr that came with the cameras and i somehow manage to get them on the work laptop by searching the ip addresses etc on the VMS managment app, that nvr died after a short life so i purchased a new 1tb nvr but now i cant view the cameras anymore and i cannot find the cameras when i search on the laptop app VMS monitor client.

I see Zxtech are a Chinese brand - website here - Zxtech CCTV

It's not a brand I've come across before, perhaps the people you bought it from can offer some help / support?
