I have Hik-Connect App (iOS) along with FR Model = DS-KH6320-WTE1 and Intercom (Villa) Model = DSKV6113-PE1.
Also, I have 2 Indoor Monitors and Hik-Connect app (iOS).
Problem #1
- When someone presses the intercom doorbell, my Hik-Connect app isn't showing a snapshot of the visitor
- I would like to see the snapshot of the visitor on the Hik-Connect app
- I'd like to keep a log of this too (maybe for 3 months)
- How do I set this up? (I don't think there is any memory card installed in the intercom)
Problem #2
- When the intercom doorbell is rung, it will call the Hik-Connect app
- I don't want a call...but I want a notification on my phone (not just in the app)
- I have stopped the calls now under Hik-Connect >> Notifications >> Settings >> Disabled Call Management
- I have left all other notifications turned ON
- But now my phone does not get notified at all unless I open the app
These are all standard features which I enjoyed with Doorbird until I switched.
