WD Purz 6TB Compatible with 7608NI-I2/8P NVR?

I bought a second disk for my NVR (not from use-ip). It's not detected at all.

Just wondered if anybody could confirm this combination should work, before I return it to the seller and demand a replacement.

Maybe I'll try it in a PC as well for good measure before I declare it faulty.

Pretty certain that drive is compatible with your I-series NVR... about 2 years ago I asked a similar question here...

Is the WD Purple PRO HDD WD8001PURP compatible with the Hikvision DS-7616NI-I2/16P NVR?

Felt a bit silly even asking... it turned out the drive I purchased from a very popular Ebay seller arrived DOA... contacted the seller and had no issues getting the bad drive replaced and all was good.
