Hik-Connect Weirdness with latest Hik-Connect (V4.21 on IOS) and PTZ

Think I’m going nuts…4 ptz pro domes working flawlessly for a couple of years - connected by Hik-connect into the iOS app - now what seems like intermittently they won’t move or sometimes one does with the controls. I think what is actually happening is that I have them in a 2x2 favourite and which ever one I choose first to control ‘grabs’ the controls from that point on so when I think a camera isn’t moving what is actually happening is that first camera is moving behind the scenes. Anyone else? Cheers!

So...If I don't use the favourite 2x2 grid to swap between them and just use the separate cameras from down the screen the I can control them properly, if you catch my drift.

Hmm, seems like you've found a bug.
With luck it'll be resolved in the next release.

Is there an official channel I can use at Hikvision to flag it? I have done a contact form support thing but wondered if there was a better way? Thank you

You can try notifying Hikvision UK Support.
Their contact details are below.
They probably won't engage / correspond with you.
But, hopefully, if you make it clear that you are reporting a bug they will pass it to HQ to be investigated.
