Which Box ds-1280zj-xs

i have these 2 cameras which i went to install today both on the ds-1280zj-xs backplate which is listed as for both cameras but the DS-2CD2032-I will not fit on as the backplate is too small from the camera and the screwes dont line up where the DS-2CD2042WD-I fits and lines up right. Is this the wrong box for the DS-2CD2032-I as its listed as fitting them both but one camera has the smaller backplate.Any help pointers to where i can get the right box that will fit the cam ty

Sorry, I recall that HikVision did change the camera base size at some time in the past, but cannot find any details of the size change nor previous junction box.
You could always mount the camera on a standard plastic weatherproof box.
