Which Hikvision camera would you choose?

The school director asked me to look for a poe camera that perform good at night and price is no more than 120$. We already have an expensive Hikvision camera, but it does not fit into the budget. I'm really satisfied with the brand. I found 3 option:

-Hikvision DS-2CD1023G0E-I (2.8mm)
-Hikvision DS-2CD1327G0-L (4mm)
-Hikvision DS-2CD1043G0-I (2.8mm)

Which perform best at night with low light?

We are based in the UK and these models are not currently available here so we can't give you much detailed advice, but from our experience Turret cameras produce the best low-light performance.

Look at the IR range of each camera (listed on the cameras spec sheet) and then look at the area you're covering to work out how far the IR range has to cover - you're better off getting one with 50m range for example if you're looking at things 50m or more away, and if you're just covering the area immediately near the camera, a 20m range would suffice. I note you're also comparing one 4mm with 2x 2.8mm - so I'm sure you're aware there's a difference in the field of view?
