Wifi connection kicking off others.

Hello,

Please excuse that I am not overly technically minded.

We have just had Hikvision cameras installed. It is using my home internet but covers a couple of properties so others need to login to it using their phones.

Since set up we have found it works reasonably well (a little delay) on everyones phones, until I open up the app on my phone whilst connected to my Wifi. This then kicks everyone else off and the only way to get them all seeing again is if I restart my router and ensure I don't view with the Wifi on.

Has anyone else experienced this and know what we can do?

If I view on my phone using my Wifi it is so much quicker and no delay.

Hi, It's not a symptom I've had reported before.
Connecting via your LAN will be quicker than it is for others via the web - as they are reliant upon your router/ISP uplink connection.
To address it will depend on knowing exactly how access has been configured - probably best to discuss it with your installer.
