Wrong Output From Camera

A DS-2CD2055FWD 2.8MM 5mp bullet Hikvision IP camera was added to the network
but the NVR receiving a VGA output from it.
I tried another 5MP camera on the same connection and the NVR is receiving the correct
5mp output..
The option to change the signal on settings with the DS-2CD2055FWD on the NVR are 640X480 VGA and lower.
The options with the other camera are from 8MP and lower.
Does anyone have and ideas how to resolve this issue?

Perhaps check the copper fingers in the RJ45 socket of the camera, make sure that they are clean and making a good connection.

I did check the RJ45 sockets and everything seems to be intact.
