I have been struggling for 2 weeks to resolve my issue of no sound when viewing my SW175 & SW172 cameras in IE11 on my freshly rebuilt Windows 10 PCs.
I eventually found the solution on this Panasonic site and though I would share it here as I'm sure I won't be the last to have this issue.
Basically you just have to add the camera's IP address to "Trusted Sites" in Internet options, if that means nothing to you follow the detailed instructions about half way down the following webpage.
