Y-cam won't connect to wireless router/network

I can get the camera operational when connected to the router with an ethernet cable (clicking Live View works perfectly and the live images are clear)....but then we cannot get any link to the camera once the ethernet cable has been removed.

Have tried on two different networks / routers.
