How to add a DS-2CD1643G2-IZ camera to a DS-7608NI-SE/P nvr

Hi,
to replace a DS-2CD2632F-I camera for a DS-7608NI-SE/P nvr I bought a DS-2CD1643G2-IZ camera.
I activated the camera using SADP software and I connected it to the nvr but it does not work: in the cameras list I see the error "La rete non è raggiungibile" that is more or less "Network not reachable".
I'm not sure what this error means since I can connect to the camera with a browser (when the camera is connected directly to a POE switch in the lan).
The new camera is configured to use H264 codec at a resolution 1920x1080 and max bit rate 4096 kbps.
Reading this forum (post "DS-7608NI-SE/P and H265"), I configured the authentication to Digest/Basic but nothing changed.

Anyone has a suggestion to solve this problem?
