Apologies, unfortunately apart from the password reset process we are unable to further provide support in regards to the aforementioned to end users for the unit (including the app and unbind). The best thing to do is
contact a your supplier from whence the units were purchased or to contact your initial installer Hikvision authorised CCTV installers local to your area for further support in regards to other queries apart from the password reset.
If you are unable to contact them, if you provide your postcode, I can get back to you with a list of installers within your area that we have a record of.

Thank you for your reply. However, I believe the core of my inquiry and suggestion regarding Case No.8436776 has been misunderstood.
I am specifically looking for instructions on how to set up continuous recording with event markers on my new DS-2DE7A432IWG1-E camera. While I understand this feature may not be available on older models, I expect this functionality from a high-end, professional camera. As I noted previously, this is a standard feature on much more basic consumer cameras, and it is a critical requirement for my setup.
I have been using Hikvision products for over twenty years and currently maintain over 20 cameras. Given my extensive experience and long-term loyalty to the brand, I am even willing to assist with beta software testing if that would help resolve this.
I would appreciate it if you could take the time to look into this specific technical request or, if necessary, escalate this matter to a senior engineer who can provide a more detailed solution. I would prefer to resolve this directly before considering a formal customer complaint.
