Sorry, I'm all out of suggestions other than hard-resetting. If you contact your supplier, they may be able to get Hikvision Support to remotely connect and extract some debugging logs (I'm not sure how they would do so for time sync issues, though).

Do you have a separate POE switch that you can connect the camera to? If you do, connect the ANPR camera to that, as the Batch Configuration tool will then be able to find it for you to try and load the original firmware back on to it.

It's weird that you're not seeing those options in Brave, but we've seen menus/buttons missing before in different browsers... You could try reinstalling the plugin, or give Firefox a go? These are the settings to have a play with in Edge too, which may be blocking the download...

Do you mean it is not showing on the online devices list at the bottom? You'll probably need to click the arrow button shown below to pull this up: If not, make sure you are not running any VPN software, any firewall and antivirus software is not blocking Batch Config from running properly...

Try the Batch Configuration Tool to do the upgrade (add your camera to the device list, and select it, and then use the Upgrade button at the top of the tool). It's normally quicker than logging into the camera and doing it - make sure you're uploading the 'digicap.dav' file too.

I've checked and by "encryption password" it just means your normal NVR password (which you use to log in) - that worked for me and it saved the file to my normal downloads folder (as per my Edge download settings). Maybe try whilst running Edge in Internet Explorer mode? Or iVMS-4200? You...

The XML file is fine to use, this is what we usually receive for password resets (along with the code) - just upload this when you select the "import file" option :)
