You can find all of the data sheets for current models on the Hikvision website. As there are regional variations with some models being unavailable in certain countries, I'll usually just copy and paste the full model number into a browser search and you'll find a Hikvision product page...

The M model doesn’t have AcuSense so that option isn’t there, VCA is always by camera.

Have you tried it without using the uplink port (port 5)? I've known discovery for devices not to work sometimes when that's in use.

My guess is that the HDTVi (HD analogue) ColorVu camera is one of the 3K resolution models. The older firmware in your DVR doesn't support 3K so it will need a firmware update to work. Not all DVR models have a firmware update to resolve this. If yours doesn't you would need to either replace...
