Acusence line crossing linkage options?

I recently tried to set up a second line on my acusence alarm turret camera.however the linkage setting seems to apply to all lines you set up you can’t have different linkages for separate lines ?? Is this the case or am I doing something wrong .ie I wanted line 2 to send an email but not line 1…Thank you…

Correct. Linkage actions are globally applied to each detection method (Line, Motion, Intrusion, etc). You might be able to achieve what you want by using Intrusion and Line rather than 2 x line crossing.
