AHD camera & Hikvision

I bought some AHD cameras from China.
When I connect to Hikvision DS 7208HQHI-F1 DVR, just can see black &white colour. Hikvision DVR have. Check box to choose Turbo, AHD and IP.
Plz give me advice, thanks in advance.

The latest firmware update for your Turbo 3.0 DVR introduces self-adaptive signal input. It might be worth updating to v3.4.70 and allow the DVR to handle the signal type as opposed to doing so manually.

Otherwise, are you certain the cameras are true day/night cameras? Are they stuck in night mode?

What I want to know is AHD camera is compactable with Hikvision DVR or not?

Turbo DVRs are compatible with AHD, yes. Your specific model mentions it as a compatible signal type.

When I connect with TVI option, camera works with black and white.

I connect with AHD option , no video.

I'd definitely recommend you update to v3.4.70 as I mentioned above. The automatic signal choice would be a useful troubleshooting step.

Here's the relevant section for your DVR.
In the OP you mentioned that you had a DS-7208HQHI-F1, but one of your screenshots indicates that you have a DS-7204HQHI-F1. Make sure you're certain on the correct model before downloading the relevant update.

Thanks for your support. Sorry, my dvd is 4 ch, 7204HQHI-F1/N.
I can upgrade to firmware version, 3.4.70.
Can see AHD video black & white first, later changed to colour and video loss.
Plz advice me .

Just to confirm, the camera was originally black & white, switched to colour for a while and now has no signal?
I'll get in touch with Hikvision, please let me know if the above is accurate.
