They are in the UK but nowhere near as popular as Hikvision which are everywhere. As said the favoured models on IPCT are unavailable here (4MP 1/1.8” sensor) so in general the Hik models appear to outperform the available Dahua models by specifications. The only workaround is buying from empire tech and getting them shipped.

There's AliExpress and Ebay too. But you need to do your research, and take the risk of zero support and no warranty.
