can't activate strobe lighting in new firmware

Since I upgraded my strobe light/ audio warning turret its firmware I cannot activate the audio or light on the camera (I could previously) - when I tick the boxes for line crossing it just says I can't do it. (I'm in the web browser for the NVR, not the camera but I can't do it in the camera either.)

May I ask...

Which firmware version have you upgraded to please?
Which internet browser are you using?
Are you getting a particular error code when you try to activate it?
Do you have H.265+ encoding enabled on the camera?

I've upgraded the camera to U5.5.150 build 200911
browser firefox on the mac
No particular code - just "device error" on the camera and "invalid operation" on the nvr browser

ok - i've "downgraded" the firmware for the camera and it seems to have solved the problem. That will teach me to upgrade the firmware!!
