CCTV System driving me crazy on the verge of throwing it out of the window! Seriously.

I've had a new CCTV system for several months in order to replace an older system. I've tried to contact manufactures but no response!

I have a XVR AHD camera system 720p/1080/5mp/8mp which will not show cameras on the screen. It just shows XVR split 'screen'. I've tried changing monitors. I've tried four! Most of which are several years old, although the correct resolution. None worked so I bought a brand new monitor. The new monitors resolution is set at 1920/1080 as the CCTV manual states to set the screen to a min 1280 x 1024.

Although the box seems to say that the System is 720x1080?

I've tried changing the resolution on the HIRIX hard drive.

I've even tried old cameras and of course various different monitors!

Any ideas of the problem?

Are you able to provide any more details for the products you have? Is there a brand/manufacturer name on the front of the recorder? Do the labels on the recorder and cameras give you any model numbers?

Hi, sorry for the delayed response but I had a small 'house accident' and have been in Hospital for the last two weeks!
