It is indeed, their support has been good to be fair. You may want to see if your DVR has a firmware update as well, because mine did.

I've been surprised at how good their support has been. And thanks, I'll check for a firmware update

Contact the manufacturer of the CCTV system you are using. Sannce were extremely helpful in my case and solved the issue by making changes at their end. Seems to be a very common problem, my previous system was made by Samsung and they were not all interested in solving it, many emails and not a single reply.
