Hik-Connect Delayed notification hik connect app on iPhone 14?

Hi had my cameras for 3 years now never a problem with notifications recently the notifications are delayed between 5 and 30 minutes. Can anyone help?

Notifications come on DVR straightaway but delayed on hik connect app

Appears to be a common issue being reported by several users on the forum. I imagine someone at Hikvision will notice soon enough and try and fix it - if not the admin's of the boards here will no doubt send them a message tomorrow to find out what the update is, if it's ongoing.
