Does Dahua have a cloud-based platform similar to HikConnect Teams and VIGI VMS?

A cloud-based platform that you can manage NVR/Cameras/Users.

The DMSS app is Dahua's version of the Hik-Connect app and DoLynk Care is their Cloud-based solution that is probably the closest thing to Hik-Partner Pro/Hik-Connect Teams.
