Hi all,
We've got a number of DS-1600KI(B) keyboard/joysticks on various sites and on one site we have two of these that have been working fine but one has suddenly gone blank on the screens. There is power to it as i can get onto the device via the web gui and i've exported the config from the working one onto the non working one but it still doesn't show the cameras. The only difference i can see is that on the one that isn't working in the "version" bit it show all the firmware versions but on the MCU line it shows it as V0.0.0 whereas on the one that IS working (and the others at the other sites) it shows as V1.2.1 so i'm "suspecting" that this might be the issue but i can't find a way to get this bit to update (or even find just an MCU file on the HikVision site to download). I've also tried to upgrade the keyboard to firmware 3.6 (as it's on 3.5 the same as the working one) but it just keeps showing as update failed ?
Any ideas on this ?
