It depends how your ding dong is wired.
After changing the programming or relay 1 from Lock Output to Mechanical Doorbell, you could connect the common/normally open of the output (Green and Blue) across the bell push terminals. Unfortunately it might not work!
The issue is that when the call button is pressed that relay will close and open in about a 10th of a second. It's not possible to adjust that time. I reported the issue to Hikvision a long, long time ago and they responded that they'd forwarded my request for it to be either adjustable or set for longer to their HQ. Nothing has changed through several firmware updates so I expect it's fallen on deaf ears. You might find it works with a traditional wired doorbell, you'll have to try (and please report back whether it works).
I do it a little differently as I'm using wireless doorbells and I found that the pulse was too quick for some wireless pushes to recognise, however if you're in the UK I found the Byron made ones work fine (Friedland wouldn't). To do it with wireless you just pop the metal contact off the PCB and solder a wire to the centre contact and one to any of the outer ones (when the wires are shorted the chime activates). Those wires connect to Blue and Green as above. I just fit that bell push in a one gang shallow box with blank lid inside the house behind the 6113 location. If you search ('Byron' and user 'JB1970') you'll find about 5 of my posts. The earliest one details the wireless bell push mod (though initially I did everything using a two way audio camera rather than than intercom)
