Hik-Connect Forgot password, locked out?

Totally locked out. This means it won’t generate a que code. Won’t do anything, says forgot password.. add email. But no facility

I had the problem recently with a friends NVR - you'll have to get in touch with the people that installed it for you, so that they can request a reset code from Hikvision.
