My NVR (DS-760NI-K1 B) is showing offline and I cannot add it again to the Hik Connect web portal.
Basically, I was trying out the iVMS 4500 mobile app which was working but the Hik-connect app stopped working.
I have deleted all the apps and tried to add the NVR again through the web portal but it says it’s offline.
As suggested in older topics on this forum, I have checked the tcpip settings, platform settings and they look fine as I can ping the Hik connect server.
I attach screen shots of the network settings and rebooted everything but it’s still showing offline so can someone please help.
