Hi @Nikivkci - thanks for the video :)
I've seen this problem solved by adjusting the video settings on the doorbell or updating to the latest firmware.
Is the doorbell using firmware V2.2.53_220816?
Can you please also confirm which version of Hik-Connect you are using?

Firmware V2.2.53_220816

Hik-Connect v5.2.2.0517

in such a situation as it is now, if I disconnect the PoE (reset door bell) cable from the doorbell, it loses power, then after approx. 5s I return the cable to turn on, the doorbell works normally for a couple of rings, after that it returns to the old way again...

Viewing the image of the doorbell camera, viewed through the NVR, works perfectly normally...

Thanks, it's strange that it will work for a couple of rings - is v5.2.3.0526 any better?
You can download it from Hikvision's app store here:

Same again...
Is there something wrong here?

It looks correct, but double-check that your router's IP address is set as the gateway.
Also, try the preferred DNS server as 8.8.8.8.

Can you also send a screenshot of your video settings for for the doorbell please?

I will try to set the settings to 8.8.8.8

Can the KV8213-WME1 work standalone on a tablet or mobile phone..?

Yes, I know that the (B) and (C) versions of the DS-KV8213-WME1 can be used standalone.

However, an indoor station is required if you would like the doorbell to send saved images when it is rung or motion is detected, as these are saved to microSD cards within the indoor stations and sent by those.

So, if you use it standalone, you will be able to answer and view the live streams from the doorbell, but that is all.

It is enough for me to have a live broadcast when someone rings and to be able to answer the call.

If you have a spare channel you can also add the doorbell to your NVR and save the recordings to that just like a normal camera :)
