Hik-Connect Hik-connect live view not working? (saying camera offline)

Hi

I have a 128ch nvr.
My cameras are all online and showing on the NVR, but via Hik-Connect we can't get live view.
But, we can get playback on the cameras that are saying they are offline.

Any ideas please?

Have hik changed any ports?

What exact NVR model do you have and what firmware version is it currently running?

Are you using Hik-Connect on Android or iOS? Which version of the app are you currently running?

Hik-Connect app is very buggy (as is Hikvision software in general), I often have the same issue . If you are using Android app, force closing usually fixes this issue, but sometimes a reboot is needed.
