Door Entry hik-connect option, don't have that feature on my device DS-KV8213-WME1

I also bought a DS-KV8213-WME1, and there is no option to connect to hik-connect, I can manually add it to the IOS app, but then I don't get any calls when they ring, and on the website it doesn't appear, on the IVMS 4200 I was able to add , but then when trying to put online, putting the serial number and the verification code, an error appears saying: Error Code OpenSDK (320002). I also created an account on sip linphone.org appears as registered, but when pressing the button, make the call but after answering an error message appears: Not Acceptable, can someone help?

Did you update to the v2.1.5_200904 firmware or was that the firmware it arrived with out of the box?
 
Hello Dan,, thanks for your support, the device come with that version, never see that option, and you can see on image its updated with last version i think?

Ok, it is strange that it arrived out of the box with that firmware because on the Hikvision Download portal there is a notes document that says this firmware is only for the KV6113 models. This makes me think that although this intercom will support this patch firmware which introduced the ability to add the KV6113 Intercoms directly to Hik-Connect, the KV8213 does not receive that feature from the update and the only way to connect it to Hik-Connect is to link the intercom to an indoor station and then add the indoor station to Hik-Connect.
 
Yes, it is strange, and I even configured the sip, with linphone.org, he makes the call but then says that it is not possible to receive the same, says " call not acceptable".
I tried to connect a grandstream sip phone, like the main station, and he makes the call, but then he also says the same "Not Acceptable". I tried to see if it was from the audio codec, it doesn't seem to me to be, I'll try the last option, which is to install a local sip server and see what will happen.
