Hik-Connect Hik connect playback issue

Hi,

Since ive upgraded to v4.60 on hikvision nvr ds 7608ni Everything works fine on the nvr side live view and playback but the issue i have is on the hik connect side.

on playback on the app i regularly get the message maximum channels reached for playback.This issue only happens since ive upgraded. The only way to fix it is to reboot the nvr locally.

Does anyone else have this issue?
Is there a permanent fix?
If this is a bug on the firmware, is it possible to downgrade and how?

I think the issue i had was that I didn’t have upnp enabled on home router and so everytime i went to playback, the connections to the nvr stayed open. So after a certain number of times i connected the nvr thought it reached maximum number of connections and so i had the restart to reset all connections. I have now enabled upnp on router and it’s working so far without any issues.
