Hikvision camera has IP address but cannot log-in?

Pretty much as the title suggests. Things to note:-

1) Camera went offline all of a sudden yesterday
2) I have 4 Hik IP cameras and all 4 show on the SADP tool and in my router list
3) I can log-in to 3 of them as usual and they are displaying fine on phone and web portal
4) The 4th camera shows on SADP but the disconnected one appears about 15 seconds after the other 3 which show instantly
5) The router shows it and I can ping it perfectly fine
6) I have tried different browsers although that is a bit pointless as the other 3 are fine
7) I have rebooted the router and it gives the disconnected/offline one an IP address
8) All cameras are POE to a switch
9) If I have to reboot the camera it's a ladder standing on one foot

Any way to get this back online before the ladder solution!

What model is the problem camera?

I guess the issue could be weather related (as there was a lot of wind & rain across the UK this past weekend) so it may be worth clambering up the ladder for a physical check for water ingress to the camera & cables anyway.
