Door Entry Hikvision KD8003 SIP 3CX

I've been searching online and getting mixed messages. There's a few old links on google saying it's not compatible, the PDF guide is from 2019. Hikvision themselves cannot confirm so hopefully someone here knows.
Can the KD8003 register to a 3CX SIP server in year 2022...?
I just need it to ring an extension, e.g. 500.
I only need it for audio and relay trigger.
If so, could someone share how they're added the info to the unit? I've been given details from the IT guy on site. Especially the extension number it needs to call.

Yes, should wotrk, i tried 3CX before and was able to make calls from my ds-kd8003
But the indoor panel dont work, then run exosip agent, and for some reason 3CX is blocking exosip to register
Now using Asterisk instead
