HiLook HWI-B121H Camera IP Address Lost After Enabling DHCP - How do I Find the IP Address it is Now Using?

Hi all,
I have b121h camera and when I enabled dhcp Iost the camera access(default IP no longer working). Is there a way to reset the default IP settings or find what new IP it has. DNS may be set from hik connect, so it may be or may be not in my local network - no idea what happened

Hi @zap

When you have enabled DHCP the camera has likely been assigned a new IP address from your local network range, you will need to install the Hikvision SADP Tool to identify the new IP address that the camera is using.

We would recommend once you have found the new address and logged into the camera that you disable DHCP because if you leave it enabled there is a chance that the camera will switch to another address sometime in the future when you power down/reboot the camera.
