If you run Hikvision's SADP utility on your PC does it find the camera at that IP address?

Double-click on the camera's IP address in SADP - what happens?
If that doesn't work, please share a screenshot of the SADP table.

All looks OK.
What happens when you double click on the camera's IPv4 address in row 2?

Not the IPv4 Gateway address.
The column to the right of Status.

Double-click on the camera's IP address 192.168.1.226 in row 2 in SADP and it should open your browser at the camera's login web page.

OK, thanks.
Did you manually set the IP addresses for your DVR and camera?

SADP IS finding them, so they seem to be present on the same network as your gateway/router.

What other network devices are in-play please?
e.g. POE switches, powerline, wireless bridges, etc.

Yes, I set it manually
Just a POE switch, I have DVR and another 2 Dahua IP cameras connected on it.

Perhaps try using SADP to change the camera's IP address.
Allow the router to DHCP set an address and see whether it then works.
Maybe there are rules in your router blocking that high range address?

Can you access the DVR OK from the browser?

My colleague just shared your other thread (linked below).
Did this camera work OK before that failed firmware update?
Have you tried an update with the correct firmware?
Have you cycled the power to the camera after your last attempt to update the firmware?

Can you cycle the power please - switch it off, wait 30 secs, and on again - then check whether you can browse to it.
If that doesn't work, we'll try to find the correct current firmware.
