How Do I Send Captures from my 7204HUHI-K1 DVR to DropBox?

Hello!
I have Hikvision 7204huhi k1. Yesterday I tried to enable DropBox to receive images on motion. I'm failing. I don't have the CAPTURE option in STORAGE as in the picture above in other post. (this post is moved from another theme)
DropBox is active, but only a folder has been created on it, the folders are empty.
The check mark is upload photos to cloud. I also tried to activate the alarm, and set the upload photos to cloud to the alarm input.
Nothing, no picture.
Please an idea or solution! Thank you!

UPDATE:
...every day it create new folders itself, but there is no picture.

Now i change diferent firmware, test, try and play.. and i got picture in cloud from 2 camera, but i just wont one.. there is no problem.
Pictures are so small, 352x288!
There is no whay to change that!?
