Issue Accessing the Web GUI of the DS-7604NI-K1/4P(B)

You will need to take the cameras down or get close enough to them to remove the MicroSD card cover on the camera, remove the MicroSD cover and then follow the below instructions:

- Unplug the camera
- Hold down the reset button under the MicroSD card cover
- Reconnect the camera to the power whilst continuing to hold the reset button
- Continue to hold the reset button for a further 30 seconds

After 30 seconds you can release the reset button and the camera should reset and reboot, if you have done the reset using the PoE ports on the NVR the camera should reset/reboot and activate straight away with the new password you set on the NVR.
