Liew View and Playback web browser issues

Hello, I have upgraded my DS-7608NI-M2/8P NVR to firmware V5.03.000 build 240814. I no longer can view the Live View or Playback of all cameras in the Chrome web browser (no previous issues with Chrome when using v4.x NVR firmware). I tried other browsers but no dice. I get an "Invalid encryption key" message in both the Live View and Playback. I have no issues with live view and playback for all cameras through the NVR or Hik-Connect app. I have gone to System Configuration --> Local and re-entered the 'Stream Key' but it is still not working. I'm not sure where else the encryption key would be required. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Edit: I got a pop-up to install a Web Plug-In, which I did install, but didn't help. I didn't need a web plug-in for the same browser when using v4.x NVR firmware.

It may be that something has changed with the encryption key when you updated to V5, or it has been wiped completely.

Try setting a new encryption key as shown in step 4 or part 1 in this guide, and then enter this on the 'Local' page again.
