Hik-Connect Live View on the phone app on my iPhone is missing?

To cut a long story short, my powerline adaptor failed i replaced them today while i was waiting for them to arrive my cameras on the hikvision app on my iphone were showing offline, the powerline adaptors were linked to a hard drive box under the tv, i don't use a pc, now i have live view of my 3 cameras on the tv, but cant get live view on the phone app, i can get playback which just plays short clips if i click live view it shows footage from days ago, how can i get the cameras to show live footage on the phone its a iphone, i get movement notifications as before thanks for any help
