Same. Interesting... are you sure you aren’t having any issues at all now as I still see some occasional frame drops.

Regarding playback on a PC. If you are using Intel's integrated graphics on the PC, ghosting is a known issue in some cases. It requires a specific driver to remedy. If you have a dedicated GFX card you might need to set IE to use the AMD/Nvidia card and not default to the onboard Intel. Not sure this is the issue but give it a try.
