That's because your on 264. That's substream quality isn't it?
 
I believe you can download older firmwares from the EU portal but it seems down atm. I’m using these setting which produce no green screen issues.

H264 and H265 is just the compression. The quality should be as good on each

Geordie564 are you going to do a roll back and see if the green screen issue disappears?
 
I have no idea how to go back on firmware, I've just learnt how to install it lol
 
Just realised the cameras are on old firmware, they are on V.5.5.801 210727

Could this be the problem?

Mine were old and I updated mine. I still think its nvr related.

You can get previous versions of firmware here for the 76xx 77xx and 96xx NVR.

You can update as per the attached pic

Let me know if it helps with the issue. At work atm so can’t test it

Does this list go top to bottom or bottom to top?
I'm very confused
Current firmware on cameras is V.5.5.801, what do I need?

Try to add your update in here as well as users can then use the links for the firmware locations etc
 
I think hikvision have released a new firmware for the 7608. I had V4.60.000 build 211129 installed but now there’s V4.60.005 build 220108
