Hik-Connect "No more connections are allowed for the device" / "maximum channels under playback reached"?

I have same issue with my 7208HQHI-K1 DVR, after upgrading firmware to V4.25.001 build201107.
Is there a way to fix this problem?

uncheck the Low Bitrate Mode from platform access menu

Same here. After couple of days i receive this warning, after a reboot it works. Is there a solution ?
There is no low bitrate mode available for my fW

Same here, I have exactly the same issue. I'm convinced the connection threads are not being closed down by hikvision's software and this is the root of this problem.

So, despite thinking I had the latest NVR firmware I double checked and managed to find a more recent version in 2023. So far this has fixed the issue...
