I am trying to upgrade my NVR device, I am getting error OSCVG20-0x00100573
Current VersionV4.75.000 build 230620
Latest Version: V4.82.100 build 240606

As the automatic update via the App doesn't seem to be working it may be best to download the new firmware and update your NVR using a PC on the same network.

The firmware can be downloaded from Hikvision's product page for your NVR here (we believe yours is a (D) model):

Thanks for feedback, I tried from SADP, Hik-connect, web interface and isgp.hik-connect.com all tries are failed. i am going to try to connect USB with updates to the NVR and try from device again

Hello, all trials failed, i am going to reset the NVR device to factory defaults and re configure it again. Does any one know how to do HW reset? i need full reset.

I understand somewhere through the menu or web interface. If you manage to overcome the problem, please write. I will also write on my side if I solve this problem.

Hello Enge56, finally i did the firmware updates through USB. i works, but i have other issues if anyone can help. Whenever i restart the NVR i have to re-configure the events and select send email for each camera. the other issue is one camera keep disconnecting to make it work i have to disable PoE channel then restart the NVR then enable PoE channel and restart the NVR again, this keep happening every day. any idea how to resolve.
