Offline and cant update!

Hi my hikvision cctv has gone offline and when I go into the app,because of the limited options in the menu settings I can't sort it out.If anyone has any tips please.

Hi Duffmiver, go to location and connect directly. Use SADP Tools to find IP address of your device and use web browser to access it.

Hi thanks for the reply.When I go on the hikvision app there is no location option.I have looked through the settings but can't find it.

What app? Download SADP Tools on computer and run it on your network where is device connected. Then see IP address and login via browser.
