and nothing still have firmware not ok for this modul



please because else I tried here:

please where can I find new firmware?

What fw is currently running on your camera? I think your cam runs on G1 platform. v5.6.6 is latest G1 version. For UK models look here.

thans I had 6.4 now I have 5.6.6 but still I have problem open video at android at Hik vision app..
I can only view on browser on PC...
why?
