Hik-Connect Problem with live view on app

Hi everyone,

The last few days I have not been able view live feed on my phone or tablet on the hik connect app. I get swirling circles of death and then a message which says failed to load.

On the offchace one of the cameras does load when I click on it the image is still and the love feed is not working.

Any suggestions? Have checked all cables, checked all internet feeds and everything seems fine.

Is this something that has previously worked OK?

We have no particular insight into hik-connect server status etc. but I sense an uptick in 'issues' right now ...
