PTZ video

If you click the above link you'll see what I mean. I'm using an Iphone X - and everything is up to date on the latest version. When I want to go left up or down - no problem. As soon as I want to go right - it starts swiping the screen instead of moving the camera (and is very frustrating) - the only way to go right is to go down first, hold the screen and then go right. There must be some placement issue with areas of the screen that do different things - not sure how this can be fed back as it's been like it for a while.

Does this only happen in Hik-Connect, or when you connect to the PTZ from a PC too?

What models are the camera and NVR, if you have it connected to one?

Hik connect only - and every and any ptz. Various brands. Some hik some not hik. Whether controlled through an NVR or stand alone added. iPhone X isn’t the latest phone - but it’s still fairly recent using the latest iOS.

OK thanks, I'll ask if Hikvision are aware of this.

What model is the NVR? Just so I can pass this info on in case it's of use too.

Are you running version 4.21.0 of the app?

Yes - v4.21.0 of the app - and it’s stand alone cameras as well as nvr’s.

Hilook NVR-108H-D/8P
Hik DS-7608NI-K2/8P
Hik iDS-7716NXI-I4/16P/8S
Hik DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3/W
Hik DS-2DE5425IW-AE

Plus two non branded ptz.

This is over two different iPhone X handsets. Not just one.

This problem appears to have been resolved :) Both iPhones now no longer dragging the screen when adjusting the PTZ to the right. Much easier now :)
